Overview
Last Chance Parts offers a 30-day return policy on all items purchased, unless otherwise noted in the listing or following notice. Returns may be accepted after the 30-day period at the discretion of Last Chance Parts, but will incur a restocking fee of 25%.
The 30-day return policy begins from the date the order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These items include but are not limited to:
- Electrical items that have been installed and used for any period of time
- Downloadable products (ex. software or PDF manuals)
- Any item that has been installed, used, or damaged by the customer
- Items that have been altered from their original condition
- Any item missing pieces for reasons not due to error by Last Chance Parts
A partial refund (less a 25% restock fee) may be made for the following products or situations:
- Returns of printed manuals
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that does not receive prior approval for return
Instruction for Return
In the event that you would like to return an item, please follow these instructions:
- Click here to request a return. Please include the part number of the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return.
- Most requests will be addressed within one business day. We will provide further return instructions at that point.
Shipping of returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Last Chance Parts will not cover any return shipping or provide a refund for it. We suggest using a trackable shipping service for all returns. We also suggest that you insure your packages in case they are lost or damaged in return transit. Last Chance Parts will not be responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged. The customer will be responsible for filing a claim with their shipping provider to recoup any damages or lost contents.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Last Chance Parts will process your refund amount within 2 business days. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow additional processing time by your original payment method servicer to receive the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless it is due to an error on Last Chance Parts’ behalf (ex. wrong item sent, item damaged upon receipt, or items that arrive missing pieces).
Exchanges
Exchanges will be offered in the event of an error by Last Chance Parts. This can include: wrong items sent, items damaged upon receipt, or items arriving missing pieces (unless noted in the listing). Due to the unique nature of our inventory, we will not be able to offer exchanges on all items. If this is the case, we will offer other forms of refund.
